3. Passenger Responsibilities

• Be available at the pickup location on time.
• Treat drivers and vehicles respectfully.

4. Vehicle Availability

Vehicle allocation depends on availability at the time of booking. If your preferred vehicle is unavailable, an equivalent category may be offered after informing you.

5. Fare Policy

• Fare is based on the selected vehicle and travel distance.
• Minimum billing distance may apply.
• Additional tolls, parking or state taxes may apply if they are not included in your quoted fare.

6. Payment Terms

Full or partial advance payment may be required depending on the booking and travel distance.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Keep the vehicle clean and roadworthy.

11. Customer Responsibilities

• Respect the driver and vehicle.
• Avoid carrying prohibited or illegal items.
• Follow applicable travel regulations.
• Pay the agreed fare and any applicable additional charges.

12. Service Area

Villupuram Drop Taxi provides taxi services across major cities in Tamil Nadu and selected destinations in Karnataka, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh, subject to route availability.

13. Safety Guidelines

14. Limitation of Liability

However, we are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, traffic conditions, road closures, vehicle breakdowns, government restrictions or other unforeseen events.
